Stephanie Danielle Martinez began her career in Dallas, TX, working in Corporate Communications for American Airlines before founding her social media consulting business, Dani Media. 

 

She moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2011 to pursue an opportunity with a local entrepreneurial business as the Director of Operations, leading a team of more than 60 individuals, overseeing 24 retail locations and seven commercial properties.  After graduating with her Executive MBA from Walton College in 2019, Stephanie expanded her experience with roles in traditional CPG and later supported suppliers as VP of Sales and Marketing at STAT Recovery Services.

 

Currently, she is a full time entrepreneur expanding Dani Media ventures with executive coaching, leadership classes, and entrepreneurial consulting. Stephanie also operates MUSA Chocolatier full-time, where she hand-crafts and sells artisan chocolate bonbons, and serves as a certified yoga instructor teaching private, corporate, and public classes. 

 

When she’s not working, she supports local charitable groups, such as the Children’s Safety Center of Washington County, the DEB Project, E for All, and Latinas en Bici. She is proud to serve on the Board of Directors for the American Heart Association Northwest Arkansas, and the MBA Alumni Advisory Board for the University of Arkansas. Stephanie loves to stay active with jiu-jitsu, rock climbing, hiking, and exploring other cultures and culinary experiences.
